| Description | Beachcomber, J B Morton, was one of the great men of English humour. For over 50 years he contributed his famous 'By the Way' column, with its notable cast of characters, to the 'Daily Express'. They include Dr Stabismus 'Whom God Preserve' of Utrecht, Charlie Suet, Captain Foulenough and, of course, Mr Justice Cocklecarrot and the 'Twelve Red-Bearded Dwarfs'.
