'In this video you can see the drum doing a static trade. This is where we lower one of the elevators (the blue in this case) to the basement, rotate the lower setion of the drum to swap the other elevator (red) then we raise that to the stage. This is normally the quickest way to 'trade' the drum as we are simply switching the elevators. In shows lowering and raising of the elevators sometimes involves a 180 rotation which presents a corkscrew effect' |
