| Description | Performances and platforms captured on DVC PRO-50 (Olivier and Lyttelton theatres) and DV-CAM or HDV (Cottesloe theatre). From March 2006 to May 2007 productions in the Lyttelton and Olivier theatres were captured on a two-camera live-edit system, comprising one remote-controlled angled camera, and one fixed central camera; from May 2007 a third camera was added to the system. For each production a live-edit of all cameras and the stream of the central fixed camera are preserved as masters. Cottesloe productions initially captured on a single Sony Z1 HDV camera, later on 2-3 Z1cameras. All regular platform events were recorded on a single camera in DV-CAM format, from 2007 onwards all platforms captured on HDV Z1 cameras ; occasionally performance-based platforms are captured on the three-camera system. |
